  I guess that's not a bad price, but it's hard to pay even that much when I paid only $9 in Vietnam! Even found a place where it was cheaper to buy Coopers than in Adelaide. $20 shipping is a bummer.

  Phoenix usually 30$ a carton at Liquor Barons, Heineken / Becks $56 for 24 x 500ml at Dan Murphys. $40 shipping to Perth. No deal.

    Liquor Barons in WA and Dan Murphy is a much larger store compare to us.

    Our beer prices on special are pretty competitive for small independent store.

    Liquor Baron won't deliver to Melb (in fact I popped in postcode 3000 & we don't exist).

    So they epic fail….although why you'd neg a post for beer due to high delivery charges to the other side of the country is beyond me.

      Pretty sure he negged validly and gave prices 20% cheaper.

      bobbybeer's saying that's the best they can do… and that's fine, but the best they can do isn't the best for the buyer. And ozbargain is about the best for the buyer.

      I see you haven't voted positive. I assume that's because you don't think it's a bargain. Along with everyone else who's seen this deal.

      I don't see how paying more than what is available to me within a 5-10 minute drive, or alternatively paying $40 more to get it delivered from the other side of the country, is a bargain. Hope you guys get some loyal customers - I'm loyal to my local Liquor Barons, although I'm about to go overseas for work for 6 months and pay 1/4 to 1/3 of what we pay here for grog…

    We havent seen Hite 500ml cans available in a very long time, I think they only bring in the stubbies now but not many places have them available for sale mainly sold to restaurants. Regarding the Coors Light, Bud Light or Millers Lite, i did hear some news some company was trying to bring some in.
