I purchased a new phone from Mobileciti; who pays for the returns shipping if the phone has a defect? (It arrived scratched)

  I saw that, but I was thinking it seems totally unreasonable as it is not my fault that they sent me a phone with a defect.

or you are entitled to a refund.
don't let them bully you into accepting anything less - item is faulty

Have tried contacting them, they've been pretty good with my experience.
