Do you think that it's legit?

I would avoid this like the plague; nothing stopping them changing the password on you.
Also, there's a high chance of the account being stolen and hijacked so it could be revoked at any time.
and also, paypal does not cover digital goods. The seller can and will screw you over and you will not be able to get your money back at all.
So yeah..
basically you are buying a timeshare on an account.
