Everyone on Steam owning TESV: Dawnguard?

Whether or not you have Skyrim on Steam, for some reason the Dawnguard DLC should now be in your account.

You can't install it though without Skyrim. If you do already own Skyrim, probably best to download it now in case it's a mistake and gets removed later.
