Found a link to a free mouse pad sample kit.

Not sure if it is working but it well worth a try.

Note:- To get the mouse pad, you would need to put in a business name and an ABN. (May be we can put a fake abn)

  An ABN is not required when claiming the sample kit. You do need to put a company name and phone number though.

Doesn't look like you can design your own for free. Looks like the same sort of thing you get with business cards, promo items, etc. You'll just get one of their generic/extra/leftover mouse pads as an example. But, free is free!!!
