Phone has 4gb mem but you never know…

If you are rooting your device, Link2SD. For newbies, there is a guide which explains how to use the app. Do note it also requires you to have rooted your phone beforehand, this is not mentioned in the guide.
If you haven't rooted your device, any App2SD application will do it. They basically all do the same thing by just providing you with a facility to move the app to SD card (stock Android does this, what the app is essentially doing is giving you a different user interface for exactly the same action)
Link2SD is more versatile and it also allows you to "move" apps to the SD card even if the app developer hasn't coded the application to be movable to SD.
Finally if you are using a mobile phone that doesn't have enough memory to hold apps, you should probably buy better device with more NAND flash storage. You shouldn't have to use App2SD in this day and age :)
