I only see "Duplicate" as a Reason to Report Content?

Wherever I click the Report button, the only option that appears in the Reason drop-down box is "Duplicate". Is it just me or have the other options disappeared for others too?

    I'm using Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 8.1.

    I've noticed in the source code there are '; characters between the <option>s. It looks like these are preventing IE from rendering the additional options. Once I delete them using the DOM Explorer, the options magically reappear.

      Looks like some bad template code we had. Fixed, and will deploy later this week.
