I would like to send a book to a friend in Malaysia. What's the cheapest way to ship it there?

Find it on booko.com.au and see what the cost is to deliver it to their address. Freight ex-Australia costs something horrid.

Almost definitely cheaper to buy a new copy on book depository and have them ship it.
