iPhone 5S or Samsung Galaxy S4/Note 3

I'm struggling.
So at work we've held out on getting new work phones until now. At this moment we're using iPhone 3's, which are starting to not be as fast as they used to be!

My personal phone is a iPhone 5, and I've been running iOS 7 for the past few months (we're an Apple developer too), so iOS 7 isn't exactly new to me (however in the beginning, not crashing was new!).

Should I get an iPhone 5S, Galaxy S4 or Note 3 for my work phone?
The main things I use the phone for are calls and emails.

I personally am a big fan of Apple products, but I'm not sure if I should take the plunge and try something new.

Give me some advice please!

    Either of those phones would do the job. I'd choose the Note 3 for the extra battery/something new.

    I am using Note 2 and I kinda like it…

    Since you have iPhone 5, I would say wait for Note 3 as the screen is bigger and more comfortable when writing emails.
    Just that I would suggest you getting a Bluetooth too. :)

    Personally, I am curious with the finger print feature from 5S, so I would go with that if my budget allows :)

      If you can come up with at least 5 realistic uses (apart from unlocking the phone) with the fingerprint scanner, I'd like to hear it :)

        1. Stopping data theft
        2. Getting over the first world problem of thinking "Damn, how many times do I have to punch 1234 into this phone every day?"
        3. A somewhat elevated mood coming from a position of superiority knowing that for once, Apple hadn't "invented" a feature six months after Android had already implemented it.
        4. Pretending your fingers aren't working when your child begs you for the latest app from the app store which will drain your bank account with in app purchases.
        5. Learning to redo everyday tasks after your thumb has been cut off by gangsters / your own children to get access to your personal information / app store account.
        6. And most importantly, pulling chicks.
