Hey guys I bought a Surface Pro with type cover last Monday from Jb Hifi and I'm not really satisfied with it so I want to return it. The battery life is even less than advertised and the touchpad makes it pretty unusable for me. If I want to return it what should I say? Also does it matter whether or not I return it to the Jb Hifi I purchased it from? Thanks.
Simply tell them the truth. Tell them battery life is not as advertised. They'll try and brush you off saying it's a claim by microsoft and not them. Tell them your contract is with JBHifi and not microsoft. JB Hifi can then argue with microsoft about the battery life claim.
