Cheap place to get NZD in Melbourne?

Can anyone suggest what is the best place to get nzd in melbourne. I am going for holiday in end of october and need around 3.5 k there.

Probably KVB Kunlun as stated above but no idea why you need a foreign currency in your hand here. Will get a better rate arriving at the airport ATM in NZ.
