Hi guys,
I have about a dozen of sealed Blu-Rays and DVDs, most with JB Hi-Fi sticker such as "Buy 2 Get 1 Free". These were bought over the years or received as gifts. However I no longer have the receipts. What are my chances for returning for exchange, store credit or perhaps cash refund?

Your chances are slim. Even more so, with a Buy 2 Get 1 Free sticker on. For all they know these were the "free" ones you paid nothing for.
Your chances will be improved if you just take in one item (maybe two if you want to push your luck) and ask for an exchange. I doubt you will get a refund without a receipt under any circumstances, especially when any free deals are involved.
For various reason, I can see a No Refund policy here, for various reasons.
How would they know how much to refund?
They are always having promotions, if they allowed this, you could go to dick smith and buy something on special, then walk into JB HiFi and ask for a refund at their full price.
Also they price blu rays down over the year, ie new releases always fetch the higher dollar.
I'd say you're lucky if you can get an exchange but they'll probably use pricing as at now rather than in the past.
why dont you try it yourself instead of asking here?
I'd say zero chance.
But if you're charming enough you could probably crack on to one of the lovely staff at checkout..
