Looking at starting to ride again, and I want a pair of female knicks (padded cycling shorts). I've done a bit of look around cycling and sports shops locally and have either found extremely expensive ($70 + ) male ones, or none at all.
So I haven't even seen female knicks.
Apart from waiting for an Aldi special, how can I get female knicks please? Also what is the going rate for these things? I was hoping to pay $30 or $40.
I only just found out these things exist on Monday, so don't know anything about them at all.
Thanks
Hi violetmay
Welcome back on the road :)
I'd check ebay. You can get stuff from China ridiculously cheaply (when compared to "real" online stores).

I have not personally ordered from china/ebay myself (it is on the cards in the next couple of weeks). A couple of my cycling buddies have and they think the quality is OK for what you pay. Most of them are knock offs of the name brands.
Your mileage may vary.
I'd recommend that you also look into the "bib shorts". They have a strap that goes around the neck (like a leotard). That neck strap keeps the pants from falling down. More comfortable, although it does make going to the toilet a bit more complex!

You could also try these sites out if you're looking for stuff …

I have the bloke's version of this; http://www.wiggle.co.uk/dhb-ladies-aeron-cycling-bib-short/ and find them reasonably comfortable for a 2-3 hour cycle
