  It's been hovering around that price since 18th August according to my camel email alerts I recieve
  Was going to buy one but it doesn't have the best reviews , only 3/5 star with over 900 reviews.

      They are pretty good entry level NAS devices for the price. I have 2 myself which have been working great for the past couple of years.
