  Yep, +1 for the customer service provided on here, good effort by the rep.

  Even though i am on a similar deal with another hosting company ($4 p/y), it was only intended for the first year, then $48 p/y after that. I only got the $4 p/y for the lifetime of the contract due to a customer support issue which prevented me from accessing my cpanel for 4 days.

  So to offer a lifetime $12 p/y contract, without knowing or experiencing the SLA's first hand, seems like a reasonable offer IMO.

  If the Rep has any comparable 5GB offers he would like to PM me, that would be greatly appreciated.

        As for support/up-time…

        We usually reply within an hour during business hours and at most have a 12 hour turnover. As for up-time, we've never witnessed any downtime, so it's difficult to say, although I can say the people that manage the datacentre have a '99.5%' uptime guarantee. They also have years of network experience, and are one of the biggest providers in Australia.

        We will also happily refund your money (minus monthly costs if it's past 30 days) if you're not happy.

        Hi, yes we do support wildcard subdomains. We're not sure about wordpress multisites, I think it's specific to your wordpress installation and only requires 'mod_rewrite' be enabled within apache, which it is on our servers.
