Cheap 2TB external HDD?

I'm looking for a cheap 2TB external HDD - needs to be USB3, would prefer portable but desktop is fine too. Any suggestions of a good/cheap one to get? Is it better to buy one now or try and wait for any sales?

I think Officeworks always has the best prices for External Hard Drives, portable hard drives, etc.. I've always wondered which brand is better anyways? either Western Digital or Seagate. dunno about buffalo brand though??
