Costs of living in Melbourne? Studio / 1-bedroom flat?

Hi all,

How much is the weekly rent for a spacious studio or 1 bedroom flat in Melbourne? Preferably near the CBD, Richmond, Abbotsford…

How much for utilities?

300 per week plus for inner city… but decent will be closer to 350-400

Utilities for one person should be on average
$30-50 a month elec
$15-$30 a month gas
Water is like 20 bucks a quarter depending on use

Internet etc.. well shop around :)
