  They are 2 fantastic books.

  readers can apply the principles in these books for many areas in their life, not just for building wealth.

  both of these books are public domain and are freely available for download everywhere. don't hand over your details to this mob. all they want to do is flog their seminars to gullible people

  How to get rich in style of the spruikers:
  1) Pretend you have special information no one else knows. Set up a seminar/education company.
  2) Advertise it's worth a ridiculous amount then sell it for considerably less to suckers put under pressure
  3) Sign up other speakers to spruik their shows (provide content) and take a cut of their sales
  4) Make more money from running the seminars rather than the real estate/share schemes you are spruiking
  5) Don't have a conscience
