If you use an E-tag for toll road charges, it seems it pays to shop around. We have had a GoVia tag for quite a while, for the sometimes infrequent trips we make to Brisbane.
Quite some time ago there was a post here regarding Airportlink M7. The site states that if you already have an account with another provider that the charge will automatically go through that other provider. HOWEVER I've received a statement this morning showing some activity, so technically I'm being billed by both providers even though my AirportlinkM7 tag was left at home (obviously used photo-matching). I'm not that worried because it's obviously using some free credit that must have existed at the time I signed up, because my original balance has not changed.
ANYWAY, to the purpose of my post, in comparing the two, for the same trip on Clem7, Airportlink M7's charge was $2.90, whereas GoVia has charged $4.85 each way for the exact same trip, which is almost double.

I see the M7 offer an all day toll pass, if that was for the whole network it would be awesome! Then you could go from north brisbane to the gold coast, back to the gateway and accross to the airport link back into brisbane for a single amount…
