80stees have a decent range of 80s/retro/cartoon shirts, and shipping isn't too unreasonable (starting at around USD$10 an item,less for multiples).
I've ordered off them afew times before - the 20% off discount should hopefully bring the clothing prices into the affordable/decent range when you factor in shipping.

There's some awesome tees on that site. Code works too. Postage on 2 shirts to NSW was $13.xx which isn't too bad.
