Did anyone end up getting the free Beats headphones that were advertised?
All 4 of my emails have been ignored. Their call centre is absolutely useless, they told me they would escalate my issue and call me back later that day which never happened.
I've now lodged an official complaint with The Office Of Fair Trading so hopefully they can help me out.
I will NEVER shop from Dick Smith ever again.
Heh, as long as I can physically walk in, hand over my cash for goods and walk out with said goods, that's fine.
Their online customer service is crap.
I will happily pay more to not shop at Dick Smith, and that's saying something coming from an OzBargainer. Although with their ridiculous prices there's not much chance of that.
Dick Smith has wasted more of my time on multiple occasions than all other businesses combined. That time is worth more to me than whatever petty saving they might offer.

Dick Smith has emailed me an invoice for the headphones, which to me looks like they are finally posting it out.
Well, after 84 days since ordering, I have now received my headphones.
I can finally put this ordeal behind me.
"I will NEVER shop from Dick Smith ever again."
Sure you wont.. not until they have an unbelievable deal anyway!
