I've had the opposite experience, my regular pizza place has free delivery and the minimum spend of $15 is all I need to spend to get what I want anyway ~ 2 awesome small pizzas delivered.
This is before any discount, so minimum $1.50 off. And each order contributes to a free one, after 7 orders I get the 8th order free.
Maybe look for a restaurant with a better deal?
If $5 off doesn't cover a delivery charge, personally I wouldn't shop there. That's a rip off
The 10% or $5 vouchers barely cover the delivery fees with MenuLog but at least this is a new and existing customer discount.
