3D is not that important. I have not turned on the 3D feature or watched a 3D movie or program since the first 2 days of getting the TV from way back.
Even children only watched 3D during those 2 days. In fact, they did not even want to finish watching a complete 3D movie (couldn't be bothered with the glasses after a while - and those were the same ones as the cinema's). They've never asked about watching 3D stuff ever since.
Kinda regret getting a 3D TV.
Even at the cinemas, my kids prefer to see the 2D versions of movies…

Pretty crap reviews for this model. Not as good as the DMP-BDT220/230 which is/was on clearance at DSE for around the same price.
