Hi, I just made a purchase online but forgot to go through MBC first (doh!).
Can I submit an enquiry or is it too late to claim?
I would have got back $7 which would have covered order postage :(

It's happened to me too many times to count.
Scotty is correct, the order confirmation page code checks for the network cookie and allocates the sale to the affiliate identified at that point. If there is no cookie then the network will not be allocated the sale and merchants don't want to be paying commission to affiliate networks that didn't generate the sale, so I'm afraid the moneyback is lost unless you click through the MBC links first.

Usually it's too late…
The order confirmation page where you buy online usually contains the cookie from the affiliation network. Once you reach there and paid, it would not be possible to go back and reclaim that transaction unfortunately :(
