Hi all,
Recently a 64GB microSD SanDisk Ultra Class 10 card I purchased through Memorycity on a deal from OZB has died and I'm having trouble getting in contact with the site to arrange a warranty claim. I've tried emailing numerous times and also calling over the last fortnight to no luck. I'm just wondering what my options are? Ideally I'd like to try claim a new card through warranty but at this rate I may just have to go out and buy a new one.
Has anyone had any luck in the past with warranty claims through Memorycity? I've ordered a bit from them in the past and had good experiences so it's surprising I'm unable to get in contact. Hoping the owner is just on holidays or something.
