Phone app that provides local number instead of 1300 number

Quite some time ago there was a listing made for a phone app that would provide the number of a local store (or business ) rather than having to call a 1300 number. Does anyone know what it was, or can they recommend one that works well? I'd be looking for both IOS and android

    I can't quite work out what that is that you've linked to mattgal?

      you load it in your browser, put in a 13 number and you get numbers out. optionally you can put in your landline number (just use some known local number) and it will return numbers local to you.

      way better than that crappy app. the app description says it only has 100 numbers in it.
