Coconut water is naturally rich in 5 key electrolytes - potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium and phosphorous. electrolytes aid the hydration process and play a critical role in the function of nerves, heart and muscles.
cocobella coconut water contains zero fat and zero added sugar and with around 30% less calories than regular sports drinks provides a healthy hydration alternative.
Look I like Aldi and I shop there but I think this coconut water is just another "miracle food/drink" fad. I'm certainly not paying $5/litre for it, no matter who sells it. And note: zero added sugar doesn't mean it's low sugar, coconut water is naturally sweet, unless it's from young coconuts.
However I abstain on voting on it since it may be cheaper than elsewhere.
