  if anyone is going to to Asia might want make sure you get the recommended vaccines, they don't cover medical expenses for people who don't

  'Any costs that are as a result of a tropical disease, if you have not had the recommended vaccinations or taken the
  recommended medication.'

  if you make a claim make sure you have original documentation of invoices as they will want them

  I used them for my last trip to the USA my son had a seizure and was in intensive care for 4 days. The claiming was relatively easy (my mum coordinated things from Australia and she had recently had a claim for my dad through another insurer which was nowhere near as easy).
  Everything was covered and they worked with the travel agent to reschedule flights etc. best $80 I ever spent.
