Not really a bargain. This offer is available through anyone that audible sponsor, like a few hundred youtube channels and podcasts.
The referral of the signup receives a bonus from signups.
This link is a referral link for "mn_anon-h_viewdet" if you look in the url.
The URL has been updated
if you're going to sign up for a free book, you might as well get 2 while youre at it
Is there an easy way to remove their DRM?
Not going to go into it here but last I remember looking there is Windows software for this purpose.
How do you cancel?
Just want to know as I just want the audiobook and don't wish to continue past that.
Also can I keep the audiobook if I cancel?
You just sign up, then go to account settings and edit membership. It asks you a few questions, and then lets you cancel without too much fuss. I still have the audiobook on my account after cancelling :) Although I would do as others suggested and use the link for 2 free rather than mine. Oversight on my behalf sorry guys.
question for anyone in the know hopefully one of you to who are still subscribed to this thread will respond.
used my two free credits for USA only books by changing billing info to the USA. now I find there to be some value in this (I'm walking longer because this entertains me) and I want to pay for these but heres the issue if I reconnect my Aussie payment method to pay after I get the credits will I be able to change my payment info again so I can get access to geo restricted books again?
You can get two if you use Twit.tv's referral link www.audible.com/twit2
I'd Love to support audible and twit but not too loving of the drm they impose
luckily there's lots of podcasts to keep me busy!
