I believe thats just a 'before the end of the year' thing. There is no release date as yet for the PS4 version, just when the PS4 itself is released.
Be carefule preordering off a website, I pre-ordered Halo 4 off Video Ezy and it arrived 3 weeks after the release date(From Hong Kong).
I know there is a good chance of this happening, but with how Pre-Orders are going for the PS4 I'll be lucky to get a PS4 within its first week of being out anyway, plus this game will be released earlier on PS3 and 360 aswell, so if I will have already waited over a month to get this game then I can wait a bit longer ;)
video ezy and ezydvd are owned by the same company so yes expect up to a month wait.
If you are interested in DLC (which lets face it, COD is very DLC orientated) then you may be taking a risk on this game by importing with VideoEzy/Blockbuster/WowHD etc as it may turn out to be an Asian copy and we are not sure yet what Sony's rules are going to be with DLC/Account regions yet. May be best going with Ozgameshop/BeatTheBomb.
I remember reading that DLC will still be region locked.
I'd be wary of EZY after them canceling my release day order for Simcity on the release day.
