Cheap removalist and cleaning in Sydney?

Hi everyone!

I'm currently moving to a new place, not moving anything just yet but will be soon,
does any of you have any recommendations on cheap moving companies and cleaning companies(carpet steam clean)?

    My removalist 2 years ago was Chinese and charged $60 per hour, may have increase in price now.
    I found them efficient and best if you pack all the boxes first and they only help you move them and your furniture. Their English may not be that good. PM you for their number.

    If you have white goods, get someone with muscle that can lift your fridge and washing machine without a sweat. Chinese guys are normally cheaper but they are slower. They need two people to work on a heavy items at a time.

    The one I used last time was two big oz dudes. One person work on one item. One can lift the washing machine alone, put it in a flat trolley and off he goes. Very efficient! Can't remember how much they cost though, but was definitely more expensive than the chinese ;)
