I couldn't find the forum category for starthere queries so posted here.
I made a Dealsdirect purchase back in May 2013 and had tracking emails and approved status (have starthere emails stating so)
The estimated processing of funds for cashback is Aug 2013. However, I received an email today from starthere to state my dealsdirect transaction is highlighted "cancelled"
I could not submit a query via their site as the drop down option do not pertain to my issue. I replied to their email today and eagerly what a response / rationale as to why.
Has anyone else had such issues? Or is the rep for starthere able to help shed some light?

Seeing this made me go check my StartHere account.
1st purchase was in April. Showed up in their system as a $0 transaction. The rebate amount was under the threshold they would investigate. Posted a review reflecting this and they removed the threshold, props for that I guess. Now the transaction and rebate amounts are both incorrect but not enough to bother chasing up. Estimated payout July, not holding my breath.
2nd purchase in May. Both purchase and rebate amounts recorded for a lot less than what they should be. Lodged an enquiry back in May, no correction and no cashback.
I haven't bothered with them since. They may or may not get money for your purchases, but you sure don't.
As for your difficulties in contacting StartHere, I would suggest posting a clearly worded review on http://www.productreview.com.au/ as they seem to monitor that site closely.
