I don't think it's possible. They do occasionally have half price or capped shipping at like $5

We recently subscribed to their Newsletter.
On 16 and 23-June-2013, they have a 24-hr Free Delivery.
At first it looks to me like it was for some specific items, but I just looked again and it seems storewide (??)
Sorry havent been with them long enough to know their pattern.
