I have been keeping an eye out for something like this, and just bought one today after seeing the price drop.
This looks like a great price for a recognised brand-name tent of this size - Oztrail brand at this price would be considered better quality than examples such as Spinifex (Anaconda house brand).

From BCF website description:

* Two large rooms attached to a common living area with near vertical walls
* Seam sealed & PU coated fly for maximum waterproofing
* 485cm(L) x 485cm(W) x 225cm(H)

You can request pick-up from your local store at no extra cost; otherwise for delivery I was quoted $30 to WA (6065).

  The mesh section in the flooring is a little odd, I bet it's a nightmare in wet conditions.
