I saw an advertising truck this morning promoting these apartments. Looks like they must be pretty desperate as they are offering lots of freebies, music, and prizes to incite people to take a look.

They state:

free gourmet food & barista coffee

By the sound of it, they will be giving out door prizes as well. As for entertainment, there is live jazz.

Everyone should be heading down to the city for Melbourne Open House this weekend. So if you get a big hungry and you are in the Southbank area, grab some free food and drinks (just don't buy an apartment).

      Funnily enough, the new venue for the meetup will be on Whiteman St.. Couple blocks away.
