Has anybody bought these passes off ebay etc ?
I'm interested in getting 2 to use in Singapore on return to Sydney.
I was wondering if there are any problems associated with buying & then using.
I'm aware of the conditions for use, just wanted some feedback.

Support this - and even if you booked your flight with Qantas if it doesn't have a QF flight number they won't let you use the lounge - used to be a Qantas Club member and was denied access to the Hong Kong lounge on that basis - not happy
I was given one of the Qantas club invitations by someone else which I guess is the same thing. I used it in the business class lounge in the international terminal in Sydney and didn't have any issues.

But I noticed that they don't last long they seem to be removed by ebay
Every time Id bid I'd get an email from ebay saying there was some type of violation
So keep an eye out for BUY now

We are stopping off in Singapore for a couple of nights on return leg of holiday. Wanted to use lounge pass at Changi. We will have to check out of hotel by midday/early afternoon, Qantas flight departs 10PM, can only check in 3 hours prior departure. How do I get into lounge before this ? Do I check in online before hand ? If this is OK, what do you do with checked luggage until able to drop off when check in opens ?
Any info greatly appreciayed.
StroudieYou won't be able to use the lounge early if you have any check-in luggage, so you'll have to wait until check-in opens. Generally, that is 3 hours before an international flight, but I have been able to check in 45 minutes - 1 hour before the 3 hour mark, but that wasn't with Qantas, and elite status with that airline's alliance sure helped a lot with that…
You'll get turned away if you're looking to check-in 5 hours before check-in opens (and drop off bags).
It's probably best to walk around Singapore anyways, and head to the airport closer to check-in time.
I bought 4 to use on my Singapore trip off eBay. In the meantime I ended up getting Qantas Club membership on a special so weren't needed.
Trip was last month. Was also around a 10PM flight back. We thought we were at the airport to come back way too early (5-6 hours before). Thought who knows, they don't list the flight numbers open for check-in, so I'll just double check with the desk instead of wandering. Was fine, boarding pass issued and luggage checked in no worries, straight up to the Qantas Lounge 5 hours before departure.
Also picked up a couple of passes off Gumtree to the Sydney First Lounge. That was well worth it.
So yeah still have these four complimentary passes (exp JAN 2014) to offload. PM if interested.

Was a discounted join offer QF had at the time. Was better than the work join rate. Though I'll likely be renewing through work corporate renewal rate. I can say with I've certainly got my money's worth. Except for that time QF Melb Business Lounge closed well before my Jestsar flight.

If you want to buy one PM me.It appears Qantas has informed Ebay that these passes are non transferrable (so Ebay informed me) so Ebay are deleting them from their site quicker than you can bid on them. I was winning bid for a double when Ebay advised me that it had been pulled.

No admirals club in Dubai with one day pass? Also can I use at end of journey? I arrive in Frankfurt a couple of hours before my friends.
Bought 2 tickets on GumTree, used them in Singapore a couple of days ago. No problems.
Checked in at Gate 5 about 5 hours before flight, bags dropped off, again no problem.
Regarding the service & food selection in Singapore lounge, must say a little disappointing,but better than sitting in airport I suppose!That is good to know. Thanks for posting your feedback. I have 3 coming up. Jetstar Syd & Adl, and Qantas Int'l Syd. So will report back.
I've never actually bought one, but I have been given one. It shouldn't be a problem unless the lounge dragon decides to kick up a fuss. Keep these in mind though.
(1) Keep an eye on the expiry date.
(2) Make sure your flight is actually with Qantas or Jetstar Australia.
(3) The lounge entry is only limited to a Qantas Lounge, so you can't access the Cathay operated Lounge in SIN for example.
That's pretty much it.
