Going to give a quick two thumbs up to BatteryUpgrade.com after some really good service.
I ordered a mobile phone battery from them, turns out I ordered the wrong battery (got one for a ZTE165 not a ZTE165i, only a couple of mm difference but doesn't fit = doesn't fit no matter how you look at it). Not sure how I did it but was my stuff up.
They were great about it and offered to exchange with the correct battery if I sent the wrong one back. No problems - until I got to Australia Post and tried to send it. Turns out AustPost won't ship phone batteries internationally, even if you send it by sea parcel or do declarations. Apparently it's because AustPost won't pay for the licence needed to ship phone batteries internationally so they can only handle them on domestic routes (got this after phoning AustPost to clarify what the problem was).
Gave up trying to post the return (didn't look like AustPost would budge) so just raised a new order and asked BatteryUpgrade to cancel the exchange.
Next thing BatteryUpgrade came back and offered to send out the replacement battery at no cost!!
So big two thumbs up to BatteryUpgrade.com from me.
And a big thumbs down to that overpriced, slow, bloated service we call AustraliaPost.
