You're right would have been smarter to place the $10 order first. Didnt read through the thread first.
I didn't get my previous orders from the last deal. In fact they deleted them from my account despite getting a confirmation email. I wouldn't trust these guys again.
It was a free mug, if you want to avoid the company because they didn't honour all of the thousands of free items that everyone asked for (note I didn't say purchased because they weren't paid for).
Fair enough if you want to avoid them but it doesn't mean deals from them are neg worthy.

Yes it should be instantaneous. If you check your referrals then there should be your friends name and wether or not the voucher is available, if its there then when you next go to make a purchase there will be a pull down box instead of a 'click here if you have a promotional coupon or voucher' and you can select your friends name with $20 next to it.

You can add multiple vouchers to a purchase. They just won't discount the shipping charge.

Maybe the referred friend has to make a minimum spend as well? Mine only bought something under $10….so maybe that's why I got no $20 referral. Should be stated if that is the case.
I've never bought from them before but have passed their warehouse/showroom plenty of times and finally decided to check it out on the weekend. Lots of crap everywhere….must be all the left over stock from the online sales…3 pairs of shoes for $50 and same for clothes I think…I'm sure you could find some good bargains if you are willing to spend your time trawling through the racks of stuff! >_<

For those that can't be bothered finding out yes there are some things with free delivery, if you pay for something that has free delivery then you get a free shipping for the next hour message. It worked with me in one of the Father's Day sales with free shipping.
