VLC is free on iOS

App Just released today by VideoLAN

As you know, VLC will play anything you throw at it.

Not sure if its usually free or not

Linky not worky. Even on the app store it said not available for my region and yet I was able to install it without opening it.

The big question is does it support the AC3 and EAC3 audio codecs that only the decent paid for apps have the license for (AVPlayer).

Question: How does one open files with it? it couldnt detect any files from my music, so tried to transfer to it and also tried to download from dropbox - no dice. help?
