      Hi - you asked "doesn't PU mean fake" - PU means "Bicast leather (also known as bycast leather or PU leather, sometimes described as split leather) is a material made with a split leather backing covered with". Hope that clears it up for you.

Just a quick message to xcases. I went to Australian stock Samsung galaxy s3 stock an put 2 New Arrival Car Case Cover for Samsung GALAXY S III i9300 with Back Support in to my cart and went to purchase and your site went offline or crashed. I waited a while and when I got back in these phone cases were taken out of Australian stock and put in china stock why did you do this?

      The problem is, it really is your duty of care not to sell couterfeit products.
      
      I guess the real question is what products are genuine on your site, or are they just made in a chinese factory with no brand?

      Yes exactly, they are just quality chinese products (that we pick out) with no brand. That's why we're a bit confused at the comments - for instance maybe a case looks like a branded case but we're not aware of it etc. But by no means are they advertised as a brand they are not.
      
      Our reason for asking is not to shift the duty of care to the complainant, but as they have made the statement, then they must have seen a counter-feit item? If so, it would be good if they could point it out =)
      
      But on a lighter note, we don't sell counter-feit products!
