Grays vouchers have been popular these weeks, and I THOUGHT I have used the voucher to get $20 off the Canningvale washable queen size wool quilt, as it showed $69.95 during check out, but I actually paid original price of $89.95 because the voucher was expired just before I finalise my order…
and now the same quilt is on sale for only ~$63 delivered. thats $27 difference..
I still have one of these quilts in its original packaging, as i bought it for my mum whos overseas.
is it possible to refund it and buy a new one?
or alternatively they may even pay me the difference (yeah…I wish.)
Any thoughts and ideas, dear ozbargainers?

I bought some shoes from them recently, and returned them as they did not fit nicely (just wore them around the house a bit). If I recall correctly they did not refund shipping, and I had to pay for return postage (around $10). I had no problems with doing this. Just call them up, and they'll email you a document to include with the return.
