It's been submitted before but its the cheapest its been in a while. Especially with the current way the Aussie dollar is going.

$39.98 is with the Amazon doing the conversion. I know some of you will get it cheaper with the 28 degrees Mastercard.

The blu-ray disks are region-compatible with Australia.

Not much needs to be said anymore about the trilogy itself. This is the collection with extended cuts of each film on BluRay (split over 2 discs), and extras on 9 DVDs. You'll need to ensure your DVD player is OK with region 2 DVDs.

Edit: Price came down after I bought it for $39.98 to $39.54 for others.

    Very worth it. IIRC the bluray versions have the ability to watch the theatrical version if that's your thing.

    That's a superb price. I paid $56 for this from Amazon UK about a year ago.

    JB HI-FI now they want $115 for the LORT Extended Blu-ray box set. This price compared to that is a absolute bargain. Seriously that's a saving of $75.46. Have a LOL at JB HI-FI fail price. Australian retail price is a joke.

        You could buy nearly 3 of these box sets delivered from Amazon UK compared to just one at the current price from JB HI-FI. The only difference really between this box set from Amazon UK and the one at JB HI-FI is the special features region 2 DVD discs in the UK set vs Region 4 DVD in the aussie set. The Blu-ray feature extended movie discs are all region free.
