Cheapest 20 inch flatscreen TV?

Hi ozbargainers,
Can someone recommend me a cheap 20 inch flatscreen which i can mount please.

Not too fuss about led or lcd or plasma just a good quality el cheapo one.

What about the 24 inch Kogan for $139? Or is it critical its 20 inch? New or second hand? Plasmas are not that small, or cheap.

I saw the deal before the post came up but im not familiar with kogan brand.

I also saw a soniq 23 inch jb hifi for $199

Good quality and el cheapo are oxymorons.

That said, I bought a Viano model from Dick Smith a while ago and it's fine - you can tell it's cheap but it does the job. I saw that Big W are stocking Viano at the moment too.
