This sounds like an oxymoron, but here goes any way. I use a blender in the morning for my juices, preferring it over a juicer to make use of the pulp as well.
My blender just cracked the other day when I was cleaning it with hot water, so I am looking for a replacement.
And ideally it's easy to clean too.

It does pretty much everything short of hot liquids (because it's plastic)
However, I was in Myer and I saw an older model where the jug was made of glass, and it could handle hot liquids. Unfortunately I wasn't paying attention because I wasn't considering it so I can't tell you the exact model. All I remember is that it was also a Breville Kinetix variant.
I have had a Braun model for a long time now. They last well. If you look in stores and see a model you like, check on amazon .de or .uk and you may find it cheaper there.
