  • I use the runtastic pushups app and have had good results (from only being able to do 15 pushups without stopping to now being able to do 42 in a row after 2 months). Will give this one a try a see how it goes. Thanks!

    To the people who think they will lose their belly by doing sit-ups, I've got news for you, forget everything you've heard and listen in carefully. Getting that ideal body doesn't start in the gym, it starts in the kitchen, monitor everything you eat, calorie count and start from there, cut the sugar, bread and rice and start drinking low fat milk instead of full cream. Get a gym membership and start doing moderate weights and do a 20 minute run every day (10 minute minimum). Good luck!

      A + for 'cut the sugar, bread and rice'. Makes a huge difference. I quit those 6months ago, it did what 10 years of 'trying' never did for me.

      IMHO a 10 minute run is not enough for fat burning, it much better to go for a 30'-60' walk, especially if you consider that overweight people have knee, heel, back problems. Apart from that I agree with you.
      Losing weight means changing your wrong lifestyle and adopting one you can stick to for the rest of your life(ideally). Extreme diets and/or extreme exercise do not last long, and we end up going back to our comfort zone.

    I believe the OP should get the award for the longest, most boring, advertorial copy/paste deal desciption that's been posted this year.

    Ahhhh, it's two different apps, both that have the same description. Sloppy work.
