Brought chelsea shoe last time from Ozbragain…. and its pretty bad quality… the sole is slippery and can't wear it too dangerous. Julius Marlow is 10x the quality.

leather sole will always be slippery in my experience.
just to clarify, you mean the black leather version, yeah (as opposed to the casual suede ones)?
(i assume you mean leather…but julius marlow DO make casual suede shoes too)
Brought the leather shoe ~$50 not the suede one.
I bought a pair of leather Marlow's about a month ago and the sole has already peeled off. Rubbish quality nowadays

yep hush puppies and julius marlow both terrible quality now. and they are way overpriced. you can find bargains on nice handmade shoes from the UK and US like Grenson occasionally. I recently got wolverine 1000 miles for $135 online, much better quality than local brands.
Ah shame.. I was looking at that but instead think I'll go for the Colorado Trench's.. (supposed to be even better than RM Williams for quality and comfort)
Saying Julius Marlow is 10x better quality is a BIG statement as I find their quality really lacking. The last pair I purchased about 10 months ago had the sole separate from the leather (or that's what they said it was) after about 3 months of wearing them 3 times a week. These shoes in this post must be really really bad.
can confirm: quality of julius marlow shoes is pretty average. unfortunately for me, they are the only brand that makes half-decent looking shoes wide enough for my (abnormally wide) feet!
i just bought about 5 pairs of julius marlows from the iconic bogof…hopefully the extra rotation will make them last longer!
