Nikon 1 V1 Kit with 10mm Lens, about $292 Delivered

The poor V1 owners who paid so much money for these cameras once upon a time. My heart goes out to you. I was actually looking for the 10mm lens to go with the recently Ozbargained David Jones V1 kit purchase and noticed they seem to go for about $250 plus delivery. This entire kit goes for about $300 delivered. Which sounds very reasonable.

I see similar prices on Ebay. But at least you can use a real credit card with this site which helps with disputes and insurances etc.

A mind blowing use for the V1 here ( a camera which can shoot 4K raw at 60fps ):

I think the David Jones deal was better (flash included). But for less money, you get the 10mm lens which makes this camera a very nice pocket camera.

My first submission on Ozbargain, please don't crucify this long time sarcastic commentator.

Share your thoughts OB team. (Thanks to vuman619 for the coupon code)

  • Good find. I'm looking for something pocketable for an upcoming trip and this is pretty appealing, although it appears White is the only colour option which is a shame.

  • Thanks for posting the 4k information; that's an astounding find by Javier!

    • Thanks very much for that.
It actually nudged me over the line to purchase it!

  • Wow on the price (before the shipping anyway).

The DJs deal with flash, free delivery and -$10 code ia $408 after TRS cashback at the airport, but this deal is nice for anyone interested in the camera and not needing a Tax Invoice for a GST refund.

Thanks for posting this - the more Nikon V1 owners here, the better!

    • The DJ's deal with flash was $359 delivered last week.

      • You're right… $349 delivered, so it will be $317 if a TRS GST cashback is possible for those of us taking the camera OS within 60 days of purchase.

  • How to get $292 Delivered?? Its showing $ 314.90 for me after voucher

  • ok, DID THE PRICE JUST JUMP UP?

  • Sorry guys, looks like the price did go up. I definitely got mine at $292. ($228.20 cost + $74.16 shipping - $10 coupon code).

    • I knew this would happen. You must POUNCE on an ozbargain, or be prepared to miss out.
Whilst I was reading reviews and familiarizing myself with this awesome camera the price jumped.
Oh well, saving money(not spending) is good, considering I have 4 other cameras in my house.

  • Ebay might be a better option now.

  • I got mine at $302 (incl. insurance)just need to wait on deals for a 10-30mm/30-110mm lens kit and the SB-N5 speedlight.

  • I have a heap of FX lenses I want to adapt to this amazing camera, but they're all black and I don't want to fit them on a white body.
    It's against nature!

  • Risto, like you I'm on the lookout for suitable lenses.

    Did you find any deals?

spinferno, if you can only get the white camera, you can always cover it with a wrap or cover.
There are cheap, 'dumb' (no electrical connection / manual) lens adaptors if you want to try one before the Nikon's fully featured one.
