  Has anyone actually done any of these courses? I'm interested in the Brazilian Portuguese course which would be $35 with discount but would prefer some feedback on what I'm buying. The reviews on the website are all perfect 5 stars which seems a bit dodgy to me.

    Udemy is basically Etsy for tutorials. Someone makes a tutorial, Udemy hosts it and takes a cut. If there's quality control over the content, it's not evident. There are some very good ones, and some very bad ones. One of the worst I've seen was a programming course that was basically just a guy typing notes into wordpad. It's a bit of a coin toss.
