Not bad for a brand which at least I have heard of. Did some price checking, and I don't think there are cheaper slushie machines out there.

DealDirect's ebay price is $22. All other ebay sellers sell this model for $40+

Reviews imply that instructions must be followed carefully to arrive at a successful slushie.

Agree with the comments above.
It takes forever, and if it works it is not very 'slushy', just icy water.
Got an Aldi one for the kids at Christmas and returned it soon after.
