I would suggest playing both on PC and not console, so if you're looking for PC - Wait for a Steam sale. Bethesda usually does a bundle so you can get both (and probably Morrowind or something else too)on the cheap.
what preferences do you have? is new or used important? what format: physical or digital? console or pc? adding a bit more info to post will help others to help you…
